After numerous prototyping sessions and repeated adjustments by the customer, this DB15 wiring harness has been consistently supplied to the customer for a period of 5 years.

As long as the client can provide the drawings, our engineering team will assess the production feasibility.

After completing the sample testing, our engineering team will provide the production drawings of our company to the customer for their reference. For subsequent repeat orders, they will be manufactured according to the production drawings.

Before the products are packed, the quality inspection department will conduct inspections on each wiring harness according to the following requirements.

Electronic Test Condition

1.100% open-short test

2.Conductor Resistance: 2Ω/Max, Insulation   Resistance: 50kΩ/Min

Technical requirements:

1. Smooth surface, no burrs;

2. No obvious mark, shrinkage, deformation and other injection moulding defects;

3. 100% electrical conduction test, no short circuit, broken circuit, Mis-circuit, intermittent bad and other phenomena;

4. On-resistance: 3Ω/max.

5. Test voltage: DC200V, required to reach 5V3A.

6. Lifting weight 200g,±60°,swing 2000 times.
